Nature has the most incredible ability to regenerate. Even the oldest of forests are flourishing, lush and active, filled with pure, wholesome energy and animation - that’s ‘anti-aging’ in the raw world. We couldn’t really know how old a forest is just by looking at it. Forest surroundings always appear fresh, young and alive, with extravagant fragrances that ignite the senses, and an abundance of life force. Some plant species have existed for a large number of years, and still thrive in today’s climate, that’s incredible!
Jungle forests have the power to regenerate, and have lasted since the beginning of time. Highly productive forests occur when native species, and the presence of trees, increase the nutrient cycling and soil mineral nutrients, so the jungle forests continue to thrive and blossom and bring new life on Planet Earth. Nature also nurtures life organically, in the ‘time-frame’ it needs to flourish and be sustained, and when there is disturbance in the forest environment, the jungle ‘needs time' to recover. In the natural world, the age of cycles would start to animate - months, years, decades, etc. for the essential reconstruction of any forest destruction. Nature resets in the natural movement of time. It takes as long as it needs to take, adopting the fundamental benefits of native animal life and plants supporting the healing process, so the forest can rebuild and exist in the natural course of time, and not any sooner. Today, climate change and human activity is absolutely affecting the health of forests and agriculture worldwide. These interruptions are harmful to the progress of forest regeneration. This has caused major distress for the jungle habitat and nature’s anti-aging system.
Human healing therefore, should be nurtured, not pressured or rushed. Health and vitality becomes achievable when we nourish and heal in a sustainable way. Good nutrition and daily exercise accomplish what jungle forests have been accomplishing in the process of ‘organic creation’. The human species can magnify the process of regeneration and anti-aging with a suitable meal menu that nourishes and fuels the human body, and an exercise regime that supports every day movement activities. Anti-aging is practiced through the fusion of wholesome foods and regular body movement, and, is encouraged ‘over time’. It’s work in progress. When you put in the effort, the results will show, and in all aspects of your life.
Our future planet will always regenerate in ‘time’. Nourish, heal & thrive - take your ‘time’, move organically. Creation is nurtured, it’s never forced.
