Behaviour change is medicine

The chronic dis-eases our community is currently experiencing can be prevented and cured by daily behaviour change, over time:

- Type 2 Diabetes

I have experienced most of these, this present moment, age 45, I am healthy, fit, joyful with high performance creative cognitive function and body control. WE CAN ALL DO THIS.


The MIND-BODY Connection is REAL.


Our daily chosen mindset, attitude and behaviour creates a response from our immune system, our brain and body.


We are NEVER too old and it's NEVER too late for new beginnings.


My top tips to help you get started:


1. Move your body in nature every day. Everything improves with daily movement in nature: Emotional, Mental and Physical Health. Practice ‘Bodyweight Compound Strength Movements’ in nature for a strong, flexible and pain free body.


2. Take responsibility for your choices/experiences without judgement or expectations. We are not our experiences, we have experiences. Every experience is temporary and a learning and growth opportunity. Choose to consciously evolve your mindset, attitude and behaviour in a healthy and empowering way from every experience.


3. Forgive yourself and others, understanding we are all on a continuous learning and growth experience. Let go of everything that feels draining or harmful to you or your intention (mindset, attitude, behaviour, relationships, environment, naysayers, judgement, expectations); this has a MASSIVE positive effect on our healing, health, wellness, joy, success and positive change.


4. Be your unique authentic ‘Self’, speak your truth, and make your own choices guided by your unique body: heart, soul, gut-instinct, and intuition. Our authenticity is our superpower.


5. It's OK to STOP, RESET, REST, RECOVER, LEARN, GROW, and RESUME with an evolved mindset, attitude and behaviour. This works. I do this often.


This is your unique temporary planet Earth experience, not competition or acquisition, and it’s your responsibility to create a healthy, joyful and motivated life experience by your daily chosen mindset, attitude and behaviour over time.


RESPONSIBILITY = RESPONSE ABILITY


The best time to start anything is this present moment. It's the only moment that exists and matters. The REAL planet Earth experience.


Don't overthink it. Just start.
