Explore the outdoors – in your backyard


Be outdoors more, in your backyard or courtyard. Spending too much time inside is not good for us. We need the sun to shine, the wind to blow and the rain to fall. These are the experiences that help create beautiful scenery and comfort to the human soul. They are moments you will remember.


Spending more time outside promotes better memory, reduces stress and fatigue, improves your ability to focus, helps diminish anxiety and depression, lowers blood pressure, boosts your immune system, and promotes creativity and imagination. All that, just from being outside!


Enrich your human experience by indulging more in your backyard or courtyard. If you don’t have these types of spaces, have a picnic in a local park or a public garden.


  • Take a moment to relax amongst your garden setting - sit on a bench or chair, recline on a lounge chair, or lay down on the grass.

  • Lay on your hammock, relax and heal by enjoying the swinging motion by the trees and the wind.

  • Enjoy sitting at your outdoor table setting with your favourite book or enjoying a drink or a meal. Surround yourself in flowers, trees and other plants. It’s therapeutic.

  • Create a soothing sensation - play some epic instrumental or nature binding tunes that will take you away to another place.

  • Cook outside. What about ‘marshmallow moments’. Who can forget toasting marshmallows over the fire? Gather round the fire-pit with friends and family and savour in the bonding moments, the stories, the singing and laughter, and the time spent together that are evoked by that experience. Relax and enjoy.

  • Camping at home. Create new traditions - create a camping experience in the backyard. Get creative and have fun; set up a forte or a tent, organize a treasure hunt, light up the night with flashlights - it's a memorable family adventure that will create long-lasting memories.


Time spent with you, and nature.


In the moment, simply be.
