HALLOWEEN - Burger monster

Chef George Tsoulis Halloween snacks that you will love.



INGREDIENTS


Makes 2 Burger Monsters

  • 2 beef burger patties

  • olive oil, for baking in the pan

  • salt and

  • pepper

  • 2 brioche buns, for the burger

  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp. mustard

  • 2 leaves lettuce

  • 1 pc. pickled cucumber, large and cut into thin vertical slices

  • 2 tbsp. ketchup

  • 4 pcs. olives stuffed with pepper

  • 4 toothpicks


PREPARATION & EXECUTION


1 Shape the burger patties.


2 Pour a little olive oil in a pan and cook the burgers over high heat.


3 While they are cooking, add salt and pepper to the burgers on both sides and as soon as they are ready, leave them aside.


4 Add a little olive oil to the same pan and bake the buns. Once they are ready, we leave them aside.


5 We take the slices of cheddar cheese and cut one side of them into diamonds with a knife, to look like teeth.


6 To assemble the burger: Put a spoonful of mustard on the bottom of the bread, a lettuce leaf on top, the burger, the slice of pickled cucumber to make it look like a tongue, the slice of cheddar cheese to make it look like teeth, and on the top bun slice spread a spoonful of ketchup on the bread and close the burger.


7 Follow the same procedure for the second burger.


8 We take 4 toothpicks, nail the olives and put them on the bread to look like eyes.


9 We serve.
