HALLOWEEN - Chocolate mousse in a glass

INGREDIENTS


  • 400 gr. melted chocolate

  • 300 gr. whipping cream


For serving:

  • chocolate cookies, crushed

  • cookies, whole

  • black colour confectionery gel




PREPARATION & EXECUTION


1 Pour the cream into the bowl of the mixer and beat it on a medium to high speed with the whisk, until it becomes whipped cream. Once it is ready, remove the bucket from the mixer.


2 Pour the melted chocolate into the bucket and mix gently with a pastry spatula to blend the mixture well. Then pour the mixture into a pastry bag (piping bag).


3 We take the glasses and fill them with the mousse, we pour the grated biscuit on top, and just above the whole biscuit we add the writing with the black colour confectionery gel.


4 We serve.
