INGREDIENTS
60 gr. butter, at room temperature
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
200 gr. powdered sugar (icing sugar)
300 gr. white chocolate, finely chopped
green confectionery colour
black sugar paste
white sugar paste
PREPARATION & EXECUTION
1 Pour the butter, the peanut butter, the icing sugar, the vanilla extract into a bowl and mix with your hands, wearing disposable gloves, until the mixture is homogeneous.
2 Then, shape the above mixture into balls of 45-50 gr. and place them on a plate.
3 At the same time, melt the white chocolate using the bain-marie method (a type of heated bath method), pour in a little of the green colour and mix with a pastry spatula.
4 Then, dip the balls in the melted chocolate, carefully remove them with a fork, place them on a tray lined with bake paper, and let the chocolate harden.
5 Once the chocolate is firm, decorate with the sugar paste and serve.
