INGREDIENTS
1 sheet of puff pastry
80 gr. mustard & extra for serving
one-use gloves
8 pcs. sausages, Frankfurt type
1 egg, yolk
1 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. black sesame
1 cup of yogurt, whole
16 olives in slices
To use: pastry bag (piping bag) for mummy eyes
PREPARATION & EXECUTION
1 Preheat the oven to 190 ° C, fan-assisted.
2 We take the puff pastry sheet, spread it on the workbench, smear it with the mustard, and cut it into thin vertical strips.
3 Wear disposable gloves and wrap the sausage with a strip of puff pastry.
4 Take a second strip of puff pastry and wrap the sausage again on the other side. This time we want the wrapping to be like a mummy.
5 Repeat the same process for the other sausages.
6 Beat the egg yolk with water in a bowl, spread the puff pastry sausages, sprinkle with sesame seeds and cook for 20 minutes.
7 Mummy eyes: Fill a pastry bag (piping bag) with yogurt and put two balls of yogurt on each sausage, then add on top of each ball of yogurt a slice of olive.
8 Serve hot.
