INGREDIENTS
20 salted pretzel sticks
5 slices of gouda or mozzarella cheese
For tying:
chives
PREPARATION & EXECUTION
1 Spread 1 slice of cheese on the workbench and cut it into 4. Take a pretzel stick and fold by rolling the cheese.
2 Carefully tie with the chives and with a pair of scissors cut it in half. We do the same process for the rest.
3 We serve.
