Ingredients
5 deciliter/ 2 cups/ oats
1 deciliter/ 0,4 cups/ pecans, chopped
1/2 deciliter/ 0,2 cups/ pecan butter or other nut butter
1/2 deciliter/ 0,2 cups/ honey
2-3 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Heat the oven to 160C/325F
2. Mix the honey and nut butter in a microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 30 seconds in the microwave. Stir until combined. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If you want large clusters of granola, keep it chunky, otherwise separate the mixture while spreading it out.
3. Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on your oven. Stir after 5 minutes and check again at the 10 minute mark.
4. Let cool completely before transferring to an air tight container.
