Working towards your intentions


Deciding how to approach obstacles or achieve an enormous dream can be overwhelming and discouraging. Anything can be a huge project or undertaking - like an elephant. By breaking things down into small steps and actions, we can accomplish our intentions - one bite at a time.


An important practice in our philosophy is to do things in small steps, rather than all at once. We find this to be an empowering and strong mindset for creating a purposeful and prosperous life style.


Everything can be accomplished gradually by doing a little at a time, rather than by trying to achieve it all at once. Set your intention, work out what you want to do or achieve, visualise it, then begin taking small steps towards making this ambition a reality.


No matter what the intention is, getting started can be a bit of a challenge. This is an exercise that requires motivation. Just make a start. It doesn't matter where we start, just start; be consistent with your effort daily, over time. We learn and grow through every experience along the way. It’s really this simple!


There is no perfect time. The only moment that exists and matters is this present moment. So in this moment, choose to start making your intention a reality. No matter how big your dreams or aspirations, just make a start. Then, take the next step toward your intention, and then the next one, and so on. Take your time and enjoy the journey. There is no set time frame on creation. Start, and keep moving - baby steps, one little step at a time. Then, one day, you've achieved what you set out to do.


We can achieve our intentions if we take one little step at a time. Bit by bit, bite by bite, we can make possible what at first seemed impossible. Believe in possibilities, then do the work required, over time, to make it your reality.
