Nourishment for our emotional, mental and physical health

Behaviour I practice daily that nourishes my mental, emotional and physical health:


1. I choose not to judge myself, understanding every experience is temporary and a learning and growth opportunity.


2. I choose to forgive myself and others, understanding we are all on a continuous learning and growth experience.


3. I choose to consciously evolve my mindset, attitude and behaviour in a healthy, energising, and empowering way from every experience. This is a MASSIVE positive contributor to our healing, health, joy, success and a positive life experience. We are not our experiences, we have experiences.


4. I choose to behave with integrity - do what I say I will do with Truth, Authenticity, Transparency and Responsibility.


5. I choose to move my body in nature every day.


6. I choose to let go of everything that feels draining or harmful to me or my intention (mindset, attitude, behaviour, relationships, environment, naysayers, judgement, and expectations). This has a MASSIVE positive effect on our healing, health, wellness, joy, success and positive life experience.


7. I choose to take responsibility for my choices/experiences without judgement or expectations. It's my unique temporary planet Earth experience, it's my responsibility to create a healthy, joyful and motivated experience by my daily chosen behaviour, over time.


8. I choose to be my unique authentic Self, speak my truth, and make my own choices guided by my unique body: heart, soul, gut-instinct, and intuition. This is THE FOUNDATION BEHAVIOUR for our healing, health, wellness, joy, success and a positive life experience.


9. I choose to STOP, RESET, REST, RECOVER, LEARN, GROW, and RESUME with an evolved mindset, attitude, and behaviour, every time I feel scattered, betrayed, drained or unmotivated.


10. I choose to be present in the moment without judgement or expectations. It's the only moment that exists and matters. The REAL planet Earth experience.




We all have the power of choice. We can choose our mindset, attitude and behaviour regardless of the thoughts our mind is producing or the feelings our body is experiencing.


Feel your feelings, and choose your mindset, attitude and behaviour. This is a skill we all get better at with daily practice over time.


The best time to start anything is this present moment. It's the only moment that exists and matters.


Don't overthink it. Just choose to start and be consistent daily with your effort over time. We learn and grow through every experience along the way. It's really this simple.
