Peach, papaya and raspberry crush



Ingredients

  • 2 medium peaches (300g), chopped coarsely

  • 100 gram coarsely chopped red papaya

  • 100 gram raspberries

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 6 raspberries, extra

  • ice cubes



Method


1. Blend or process peaches, papaya, raspberries and the water until smooth. Serve over ice cubes, and top with extra raspberries.



Notes

This recipe would also work well with a medium nectarine, if you like.
