Nourish to flourish. We should all love nutrient dense real whole-foods, and as food supports the human body in all its mechanical works, and since we need good food to fuel our body so it performs its best, it’s only fitting we pay a little more attention to where our food comes from and the real nutrition it brings – from the ‘soil’.
Planet Earth in its organic form of existence, that is, without human interference and man-made chemicals, regenerates using natural matter – usually in the form of plant and animal remains. In nature, we see abundance, and life; just look at all the jungle forests and natural settings in all their glory, plants and animals thrive and survive, that is nature uninterrupted.
The human and nature connection is real. Nutrient dense foods benefit the human species when the soil they are nourished from is organically nutritious (i.e. naturally nutrient rich soil). Our food comes from the soil on earth, and if the soil weakens, the human body will weaken. That makes a lot of sense when we think about it in this way.
Current agricultural practices have created soil issues, and this is affecting the food we eat. Find out more about ‘soil extinction’ in more article posts to follow.
We can only be as healthy as the food we eat.
