Ingredients
1 onion
3 spring onions
1 clove(s) of garlic
3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1/2 bunch dill
500 g spinach
salt
150 g cream cheese
300 g feta cheese
400 g spaghetti, spinach

Method
Place a frying pan over high heat and add the olive oil.
Finely chop the onion, the spring onions and the garlic, and add them to the pan. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Finely chop the dill and add ¾ of it into the pan. Set the rest of it aside to serve.
Add the spinach cut into pieces, salt, and sauté for 4-5 minutes until the spinach is tender and wilted.
At the same time, in a pot with boiling water add some salt, the pasta, and boil according to the packet’s instructions.
Add the cream cheese into the pan, along with 1-2 ladlefuls of the water where the pasta is boiling, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the feta into pieces and mix.
Drain the pasta and add it into the pan. Mix and remove from the heat.
Serve with dill and olive oil.
