Volume Over Time

Choosing to integrate movement into our day's experiences, every day, compounds to create our 'Health & Fitness' intention/goal over time.


Times I choose to practice movement:

- In between meetings or Zoom calls

- Waiting for transport

- During my breaks

- Throughout my daily household cleaning activities

- Walk to my local Cafe and practice bodyweight strength movements along the way.


This daily chosen behaviour is how I create a healthy, joyful, energising life experience, every day.


We can all do this!


Don't overthink it. Just choose to start and be consistent daily with your effort over time. We learn and grow through every experience along the way. It's really this simple.
